Dasta Records Management (Dasta) has recently completed a digitization project for the Georgian National Communications Commission (GNCC), which is the broadcasting and telecom regulator of Georgia," says Dasta's CEO Daan Harmsen. "Dasta provided GNCC with a customized M-Files electronic document management solution to allow for efficient and modern document management. The project included the digitization of GNCC's archive, as well as scanning and software services."
Dasta's on-site team of digitization professionals used modern scanning equipment to scan and categorize hundreds of thousands of pages. The team also provided the M-Files software and trained GNCC staff to use it effectively. With the M-Files software, GNCC staff is able to search their digitized documents easily.
"We are pleased that the project was completed smoothly and on-time, thanks in no small part to the excellent support from GNCC staff," adds Daan Harmsen. "We were impressed by the energy of GNCC's team."
According to Client Relationship Officer Mariam Epitashvili, "Government organizations are a strategic priority for us. With this project successfully completed, we look forward to also helping other government organizations digitize their documents and reap the benefits of easy-to-use document management software."
